Ashdown Dual Tube 550-HEAD Hybrid Bass Amp Head. The Dual Tube series is a combination of valve preamps and established model power stages delivering great clarity with an articulate bass and lower mid all in a vintage style retro cabinet with vinyl covering chrome protective corners a stunning chome fascia panel and the highly distinctive illuminated Ashdown VU meter.
The DT 550 delivers 550 watts rms. The power stage is an upgrade courtesy of the highly proven ABM 500 series.
Other features include effects send and return, 3 band eq with mid and bass shift, a bright switch, mute on/off, and a DI output for connection to PA or recording equipment. Very useable pro gigging head where power, tone and looks are the brief.

The discerning bass player gets high and low gain inputs, front panel-mounted FX send and return, rotary bass, middle and treble controls with mid shift, bass shift and bright switching, mute switch, rotary gain and master volume controls and a DI output.
