Ashdown ABM-115 Compact bass amp cabinet. This cab has 300 watts continuous handling (8 ohms) loaded with a single 15" speaker. The compact is 474mm high the 115 standard is 661mm.
The Ashdown ABM designs are based on 575 single or dual power amps. This series has been around for 15 years and has become the pro players most popular amp of choice due to their great design, ruggedness and affordability.
The designs features include Valve Drive, 7-band EQ, Sub-Harmonics, and on-board compression. The cabinets are made of top quality birch ply covered in buffalo leather cloth with chrome corners. The heads and combos are complimented with a selection of cabinets. Ashdown drivers are specifically designed for a deep controlled bass response but still maintaining great response on mid and top frequencies.
SpecificationThe ABM 115 COMPACT is a 300 watt 8 Ohm bass cabinet featuring a single 15" Ashdown driver in a precision tuned plywood cabinet.
The cabinet is constructed from high-grade birch ply with properly screwed and glued joints, protected by a tough, buffalo leather cloth covering and chromed metal corners. Special Ashdown-designed metal handles are used in favour of inferior flip handles which can rattle after years of use.
Ashdown speakers are specially developed to achieve a superb balance of power, transparency and deep, controlled low end, without sacrificing any of the mid-band attack and high-end brightness that are so important in a modern bass sound.
