Product Description

Ibanez AK80 Artcore large Hollow-body Electric Guitar. This is a full acoustic instrument with no centre block so you get the full woody sound with this style of guitar however they will produce feedback at high volume so no good for really loud gigs especially with an overdrive/ distortion sound. The AK cutaway is in the florentine style .
The neck is a 3 section Artcore mahogany type and is fitted with medium frets set into a spruce top and sycamore back and sides body.The guitar is complete with an Ibanez ART-W floating wooden bridge and a VT-60 Trapeze tailpiece.
The pickups are Super ACH Humbuckers. These have ceramic magnets and have a clean full sound with slight overdrive. The guitar is finished in Brown sunburst with chrome hardware. It does not come with a case. Good jazz, rock and roll, rockabilly, blues instrument with that superb full tone and playing tension you only get with this style of guitar.
