Ibanez GWB1005-NTF Gary Willis Siganture Series 5 string Bass Guitar.
Gary Willis is an avante garde free form jazz bass player. This instrument reflects his special requirements.
The bass has a swamp ash body married to a fretless 3 piece GWB1005 maple neck. This creates an exceptionally open sound. It's equipped with a single Bartolini pickup that provides separate coils for precise string balance. The detachable finger ramp, designed by Gary Willis, encourages players to not "dig in too deep" and allows a more consistent attack with quick recovery time.
The guitar's natural flat finish is complimented by black hardware.
