THe Vintage V940/V950 bass guitar is a super bass in it's own right in both looks and performance. Its available as a 4 string, 5 string and 4 string fretless. The maple bolt on neck together with the Wilkinson classic combination of P & J pickups and active electronics delivers a great funky sound. The body is made from Bubinga.

Well, the Vintage V940 bass probably is the most underrated bass there is. Maybe not all instrments of this company are great. But this bass is amazing. You might think this is just a cheap beginners instrument. Yes, it is...but only in price. This is a professional bass at a beginners price. I imagine they would sell more of this bass if they would triple the price because many of us think cheaper is not good. In general, yes this is true. But the Vintage V940 bass is one of the very rare exceptions and proofs that sometimes you get more than what you pay for. The Vintage V940 bass is the best example for this. Do not get fooled by its cheap price, this is an outstanding pro instrument.
