Fret Music was established in 1980 and moved to its present premises in 1981. The building has been completely renovated and extended to approximately 4000 sq ft over the past twenty years and is now one of the biggest well stocked stores of its type in the South of England. The store has specific departments dealing with Electric Guitars, Acoustic Guitars, Bass Guitars, Amplification, PA, Effects and Drums & Percussion. These sections are stocked in depth and the displays are fully proactive. To ensure fast supply these displays are supported with massive stocks in our on site storage facility. Musicians work in the store to ensure you receive the best advice.

Fret Music is the number one choice for our suppliers such as Fender, Marshall, Gibson, Taylor, Washburn, Carlsbro, Ashdown, ESP, Ibanez, Yamaha, Zildjian, Sabian , Tama, Peavey, Electrovoice, Mackie and many more. We have been trading with most of them since we opened 24 years ago.
